This lemon shaped fish takes its name from the fruit but does not taste of lemons. The taste of lemon sole is mild and sweet, and its flesh is fine textured and fragile.

Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4 for 15-22 minutes. Alternatively, can be poached, or steamed. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
