This lemon shaped fish takes its name from the fruit but does not taste of lemons. The taste of lemon sole is mild and sweet, and its flesh is fine textured and fragile.

Remove all packaging.
For best results cook from frozen. If defrosted, adjust cooking time accordingly. Do not reheat.
Heat oil to 170-180˚C. Deep fry in small amounts for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oil and dry on kitchen paper.
Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date.
Keep frozen below -18˚C.
Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
