Salmon (Salmo Salar)
Defrost thoroughly before use, remove all packaging.
Preheat oven to 200˚C, Fan: 180˚C, Gas Mark 6.
Wrap salmon loosely in buttered foil to form a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 mins.
Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date.
Keep frozen below -18˚C.
Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
