The heart of any good fish supper. Locally caught seafresh monkfish coated in a crisp farmhouse crumb. Just add chips, peas and tartare sauce for the perfect supper.

Remove all packaging.
For best results cook from frozen. If defrosted, adjust cooking time accordingly. Do not reheat.
Deep fry in oil at 170˚C for 4-5 mins until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain on kitchen paper.
Shallow fry fish cakes in oil until golden brown on both sides.
Place on baking tray in a preheated oven 180˚C.
Bake for 7-10min.
Drain any excess oil and serve.
Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date.
Keep frozen below -18˚C. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
