Succulent, tender pieces of smoked haddock are combined with potatoes, before being wrapped in breadcrumbs.
Smoked Haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) 48%, Dried Potato, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Herb (Parsley), Spice (White Pepper), Flavouring (Onion Extract), Batter (Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Salt, Sugar, Raising Agents (E341(i), E500(ii))) Breadcrumb (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt, Bread Improver)
Remove all packaging.
For best results cook from frozen. If defrosted adjust cooking time accordingly. Do not reheat.
Shallow fry fish cakes in oil until golden brown on both sides.
Place on baking tray in a preheated oven 180˚C.
Bake for 15-18min.
Drain any excess oil and serve.
Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date.
Keep frozen below -18˚C.
Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
