By placing an order on this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We may not enter into a contract with any person under the age of 18. By placing an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to change any of the contents of any part of this site, including these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Pricing Policy
We make every effort to ensure that the prices within our website are correct. Our prices will vary according to weather, seasonality and supply. You are advised to check the prices of our fish on this website before placing an order.

Payment
Once your fish order has been packaged and is ready for dispatch by our distributors, we will debit your credit /charge card on the same day we dispatch the order. We will require the full post code of where the credit/debit card is registered to. Should we not be able to collect payment for reasons outside our control, we will not dispatch your order.

Accuracy of Delivery Details
You are responsible for giving us the full name of the recipient and correct address for all deliveries, including but not limited to the postcode. These details are passed directly to our distributors once the order is placed. If our distributors are unable to deliver any order due to any error in the address, you will be charged for the error in full. Should you request that your order be left in a specific place (for example in your porch or garden shed) and the distributor cannot obtain a signature to confirm delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk we accept no liability for its loss or damage.

Our Guarantee
We aim to supply fish and products of the highest standard. If you are not happy with the quality of fish and products then we will refund your money by the same method as payment was received. Whilst we make every effort to remove all bones from filleted fish, please check thoroughly that there are no bones or foreign bodies left within any fillets as no liability will be accepted by the company for any injury or loss as a result of these items.

Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order at any time up to 9am on the day of dispatch. Any fish which has been sourced specially for you (by prior agreement) will be charged for in full. If we are subsequently able to sell all or part of those items sourced specially we undertake to credit you in full for the value of those items.

Personal Details
We will not pass on any details about you to any person or third party not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law.

Complaints
We sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or products. Please telephone 01346 516549 and we will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have. We operate a ‘no quibble’ refund policy where our goods or services are found to be at fault.

Privacy Policy

Consent for Prime Seafoods Ltd, West Shore Industrial Estate, Fraserburgh, AB43 9LG to collect, use and maintain customer and supplier information.

By 25 May 2018 all organisations and companies, regardless of size, must fully comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation which has the objective of giving EU citizens control of the retention and use to which their personal information is put.

 What does that mean for the relationship between Prime Seafoods Ltd. and you as our customer or supplier?
It means that you can control exactly what contact and other information we hold for you, whether or not we can share that information with a third party and to what use we and that third party may put it.

What information of yours do we hold?
Prime Seafoods Ltd. has on file some or all of the following information for each customer and supplier. This may include your name, address, telephone number, your e-mail address and in the case of supplier’s relevant bank account details.

Why do we hold this information and to what use do we put it?
We use this information to correspond with our customers regarding our products and to process any orders for product placed with us. We also use supplier’s information to place orders and to pay for purchases from suppliers.

Do we share your data with a third party?
No, Prime Seafoods Ltd does not share your information with any third party.

What about my credit or debit card details which I may provide when I purchase your products?
When you purchase product from us and use your credit or debit card to pay for that product we do not process or retain that information. By providing this information, either by direct input into the on-line order form or by telephone to a member of staff of Prime Seafoods Ltd., you are providing this information to Realex Payments and WorldPay only for the purposes for which you provide it, that is for the transfer of funds into the bank account of Prime Seafoods Ltd. as payment for your purchase. Neither Realex Payments nor WorldPay retain this information, once it is processed it is deleted. This is why you have to re-enter or provide again the data each occasion you make a purchase, using your credit or debit card.

What does this all mean for you?
As a customer of Prime Seafoods Ltd. we are required by the new legislation to inform you that we hold contact and other information about you and to ask whether you wish us to continue to retain it to enable us to contact you for the purposes listed in the previous paragraph.

What if I don’t want you to hold my information?
If you no longer wish to receive correspondence from us about our products or do not want to order product from us again then you can ask us to remove all your personal contact details from our systems.

If I give my permission now can I change my mind in the future?
You are free to change your mind at any time. All we need is an e-mail or other written correspondence asking us to remove all your contact details from our systems. We will comply within 48hrs.

Can I decide not to opt in now but to opt in sometime in the future?
You are free to opt in and to opt out as you wish. Your decision to opt-in or opt-out at any time will not impact upon how Prime Seafoods Ltd. will engage with you as a customer in the future.

What do I need to do now?
If you are happy that Prime Seafoods Ltd. continues to hold the contact information we have for you as listed above and that we continue to use it for the purposes quoted then you need not take any further action
