Gross weight 500g Net weight 375g
Amity langoustines are a highly esteemed seafood experience. They have a very subtle flavour with a more delicate texture than lobster. Prepared simply and served whole, they are absolutely delicious and look visually stunning with their pale coral to deep rose coloured shells.

Boil: For medium – large langoustines rinse and drop into a pan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes when the water is bubbling. Drain, refill the pan with cold water and plunge them to stop the cooking process. Leave for 3-4 minutes.
Grill: Split langoustines in two and baste with oil, butter or marinate. Place under a pre heated medium grill for two minutes. Turn halfway through.
Bake: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Place the washed langoustine onto a large piece of aluminium foil on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, squeeze with lemon juice and wrap in foil to completely seal. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes or until completely cooked.
Barbecue: If preferred, marinate an hour before or baste with oil. Place on skewers, then place over pre-heated coals. Leave on grill for a minute, turn, grill for 30 seconds or until cooked.
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date. Keep frozen below -18˚C. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
