Frozen halibut fillets, a highly prized fish with great flavour.
Halibut is the largest of the flat fish, and has a creamy white, firm and meaty flesh. Delicious to eat on its own, but best served with delicate flavours and sauces.
Halibut (Hippoglossus hippoglossus)
Defrost thoroughly before use, remove all packaging. For best results, oven cook at 180˚C. Place on a non stick baking tray, brush with a little oil or butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date. Keep frozen below -18˚C. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
