Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 200˚C, Fan: 180˚C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6. Wrap trout loosely in buttered foil to form a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 mins. Always ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
HOW TO STORE
Do not exceed ‘use by’ date. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
